The villa is situated at Southern Dunes, a development which is located within a very prestigious golf and country club with gated security which is monitored 24 hours per day, it is close to highway 27 north of haines city, this stunning development is only 15-20 minutes from the main gate at Disney Land and is within walking distance to many local shops and restaurants, it is an ideal location for families and for keen golfers.

Communal facilities
Includes several communal swimming pools although you villa has its own south facing heated pool and spa, tennis courts (balls and rackets are available in your villa) golf pro shop, golf club with restaurant and bar, and a playground area for the children

Includes 4 large bedrooms 2 en-suite, 3 bathrooms, 2 large living areas, all towels and linen are provided, a crib and a high chair are also available on request.

The master bedroom
Has a walk in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. It also has a television with cable satellite.

Bedroom 2
Also has en-suite facilities with 32” LCD television with cable satellite.

Bedrooms 3 & 4
Are both twin bedded and share the 3rd bathroom, bedroom 4 is a themed bedroom for younger children.

Lounge area 1
Is the formal lounge with dining area it also has a television, DVD, and cable satellite.

Lounge area 2
Is the family lounge with views on to the pool area it has a TV, DVD, cable satellite, and an X-box 360 plus games for the kids “or the grown ups” and also a telephone.

The kitchen
Comes fully fitted with all the facilities of home and a breakfast area, the laundry facilities are available in the garage.

Games and exercise
Facilities include a Weider Multi-Gym, a 7 ft pool table, an air hockey table and there is 2 cycles if you feel energetic and would like to view the surrounding area with the sun in your face and the wind in your hair.

South facing heated pool and spa
This south facing pool and spa enjoys the sun all year round and can be heated if requested.

All rooms are fully air conditioned.
